Norfolk, famous for the Norfolk Broads, has mile upon mile of free fishing.  It is also home to numerous chalk streams which include the Rivers Mun, Glaven, Stiffkey, Burn, Heacham, Ingol, Hun, Babingley and Gaywood, some of which offer fishing for trout and grayling.
