RIVER HOLME/HUDDERSFIELD/YORKSHIRE
Thanks to Kirklees Council, who allow free fishing on the Holme in Huddersfield. You’ll have to search through the river to find suitable spots, it’s typical Urban Fishing.  

It’s got enough trout above 1/2 lb to keep you interested.  There’s a lot of trees to snag flies of the unwary caster, but if you’re not sporadically losing flies you’re not fishing hard enough.
